Home Free - Is it Right For Everyone?

Home Free is perfect for those with a good credit score of 680 or better and for those who have a disciplined focus on their finances. The My Bank, My Loan, My way component was really designed for those who have a positive cash flow (Income minus expenses = greater than $0). Home Free also rewards individuals who maintain a higher average daily cash balance in their account. For example, for those who pay their bills later in the month, their average daily balance will be higher. The average daily balance is subtracted from the loan balance prior to applying the interest calculation. The program will allow for up to a 90% Loan to Value.
